Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pepty (the “App”), the website at pepty.app (the “Website”), or any related service (collectively, the “Services”), each operated by qlabs LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“qlabs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qlabs LLC. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

2. Description of Service

Pepty is a mobile application that helps researchers organize, schedule, and reason about their personal peptide protocols. The Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Peptide protocol creation, scheduling, and reminders
• Administration logging, journaling, and inventory tracking
• Educational content, glossary, and lesson modules
• Reconstitution, dosage, half-life, and interaction reference tools
• Price comparison and informational links to third-party peptide vendor websites
• AI-assisted conversational features that respond to your text questions about peptides
• AI-generated visualization features that produce illustrative “before / after” concept images from a photo you supply
• Optional referral, affiliate, and creator programs that share unique codes with friends in exchange for incentives
• Optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features

We may add, remove, or change features at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

3. Medical, Health, and Research Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

Pepty is NOT a medical device. The Services do NOT provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, clinical decision support, mental-health treatment, or any form of healthcare service. Nothing in the Services creates a doctor-patient relationship, a pharmacist-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and qlabs LLC.

3.1 No Medical Advice

• Nothing in the Services should be construed as professional medical, pharmaceutical, clinical, or healthcare advice.
• The Services do not recommend, endorse, prescribe, or suggest any particular peptide, compound, dosage, protocol, or treatment regimen for you personally.
• Content within the Services, including any AI-generated output, is for general informational and personal-tracking purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
• Always consult with a licensed healthcare professional before starting, modifying, combining, or discontinuing any peptide protocol or other substance.
• In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately rather than consulting the Services.

3.2 No Endorsement of Peptide Use

The existence of tracking features, price comparisons, educational material, AI features, or any other content within the Services does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or promotion of any peptide product, substance, vendor, or therapy. qlabs LLC neither encourages nor discourages the use of any peptide or related substance.

3.3 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The use of peptides, research chemicals, and related substances carries inherent risks, including potential adverse health effects, allergic reactions, drug interactions, injection-site reactions, infection, hormonal disruption, psychological effects, long-term effects that are not yet understood, and other complications, some of which may be serious or fatal.
• You are solely responsible for every decision you make about your health and your body, including any decision influenced in whole or in part by the Services.
• You will not hold qlabs LLC, its officers, members, contractors, or affiliates liable for any health outcome, adverse effect, injury, death, financial loss, or damage arising from your use of any peptide or substance, your reliance on the Services, your purchases from third-party vendors, or any AI-generated output.
• You will obtain any informed consent, medical clearance, lab testing, monitoring, or supervision that is appropriate for your situation before using any peptide.

3.4 Regulatory Status

Pepty does not represent that any peptide product listed, referenced, suggested, or compared in the Services is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), Health Canada, the MHRA, or any other regulatory body for any particular use, unless explicitly stated otherwise within the relevant content. Many peptides are sold solely as research chemicals and are not approved for human consumption in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the importation, purchase, possession, and use of peptides in your jurisdiction.

4. AI Features

AI OUTPUT IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE AND IS NOT A FACTUAL PREDICTION ABOUT YOUR BODY, FUTURE APPEARANCE, OR HEALTH.

Pepty incorporates artificial-intelligence features powered by third-party model providers. These features are experimental, may produce inaccurate or biased output, and may change or be discontinued at any time. By using any AI feature, you acknowledge that you understand its limitations and agree to the terms in this Section 4.

4.1 AI Visualization (Face & Body Scan)

The AI Visualization feature lets you upload a photo of your own face or body and generates an illustrative “visualization” image that reflects concerns you have selected. Your photo is forwarded through our server to a third-party AI model provider for processing, and a generated image is returned to your device. Both your input photo and the generated output are not stored on Pepty's servers; we retain only non-image metadata about the request (mode, selected concerns, provider, cost, timestamp). The third-party model provider may retain inputs and outputs in accordance with its own policies; see our Privacy Policy for current providers and links to their policies.

Visualizations are illustrative, not predictive. A visualization is a creative AI rendering and is not, and shall not be construed as: (a) a medical prediction or prognosis; (b) a statement that any peptide, compound, dosage, protocol, or lifestyle change will produce the depicted outcome; (c) a guarantee that the depicted outcome is achievable or safe; (d) a diagnosis of any actual or hypothetical condition; or (e) a representation of how you will actually look in the future. Any compound suggestions shown alongside a visualization are general educational references and are subject to Section 3.

Your representations and warranties. By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that:

• The photo depicts you, is taken by you or with the full consent of the photographer, and you have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to submit it for AI processing.
• No identifiable person other than you appears in the photo.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• The photo does not contain nudity of minors, sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, content that depicts non-consensual sexual activity, content that violates any applicable law, or content that infringes any third party's intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Submitting the photo for AI processing does not violate any agreement, court order, or law applicable to you.

License you grant to qlabs LLC. Solely to operate the AI Visualization feature for you, you grant qlabs LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (to AI providers and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf) license to transmit, host transiently, process, transform, and return your input photo and the generated output image. This license terminates as soon as the relevant request has been processed and the result has been returned to your device, except to the limited extent any third-party provider retains data under its own policies.

Ownership and acceptable use of generated images. As between you and qlabs LLC, the generated image is yours to save, modify, print, and share, subject to all of the following:

• Generated images may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended likenesses produced by the underlying model. qlabs LLC makes no representation that a generated image is fit for any purpose.
• You will not present a generated image as a real photograph of yourself or any other person.
• You will not use a generated image to defraud, defame, harass, impersonate, deceive (including for the creation of “deepfakes” of any person other than yourself), intimidate, or harm any person.
• You will not use generated images for political advertising, electioneering, biometric identification, training another AI model, or any purpose that violates a third party's rights or applicable law.
• You will not represent a generated image as endorsed by, or produced in collaboration with, qlabs LLC.
• Where required by platform or law, you will accompany any public sharing of a generated image with a clear notice that the image is AI-generated.

Safety filtering. The third-party AI providers we use apply their own content-safety filters and may refuse, block, or modify a request. We may also block, throttle, or terminate access for any User whose submissions trigger safety signals or appear to violate this Section 4 or applicable law. We retain no obligation to deliver a successful visualization for any particular submission.

4.2 AI Chat

The AI Chat feature lets you send a text question and receive a text response generated by a third-party large language model. Messages are forwarded through our server to the model provider. We retain message metadata for rate-limit, abuse, and refund purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree that you will not use the AI Chat to:

• Send personal data of any other person without that person's explicit consent.
• Send protected health information (PHI) of any other person.
• Send information that you do not have the right to share, including confidential or proprietary information.
• Generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, harassing, or that promotes self-harm of others.
• Probe the system for security weaknesses, attempt to extract training data, or otherwise misuse the model.

AI Chat responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AI Chat responses are not medical advice (see Section 3) and must not be relied on as such.

4.3 No Training on Your Personal Content

qlabs LLC does not use your AI Visualization photos or AI Chat messages to train our own AI models. We rely on contractual terms with our AI providers that limit their use of content you submit; however, we cannot guarantee how any third-party provider operates its own systems, and you submit content subject to that residual risk.

5. User Content and License

“User Content” means any content you upload, type, log, photograph, generate, or otherwise submit through the Services, including peptide protocols, administration logs, journal entries, notes, photos, AI prompts, AI-generated images, and any text or images you share with our support team.

Ownership. As between you and qlabs LLC, you retain ownership of your User Content. qlabs LLC does not claim any ownership interest in your User Content.

License to qlabs LLC. Solely to operate, host, back up, secure, debug, improve, and provide the Services to you, you grant qlabs LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (to infrastructure and AI providers acting on our behalf), and transferable license to store, copy, transmit, display, modify (for technical purposes), and process your User Content. This license is in addition to the more specific AI-feature license in Section 4.1. The license terminates when you delete the relevant User Content or your account, subject to reasonable backup retention and any retention required by law.

Your representations. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not and will not infringe or violate any third party's rights (including intellectual-property, publicity, and privacy rights), and does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise inappropriate.

Removal. qlabs LLC may, but is not required to, remove, hide, restrict, or refuse to process any User Content at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law. We are not obligated to retain, return, or back up User Content.

6. Referral, Affiliate, and Creator Programs

6.1 Personal Referral Program

Pepty may offer a referral program that lets you share a unique code with friends. When a new User signs up using your code, both you and the referred User may receive an in-app benefit (for example, bonus AI Visualization scans). Benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or terminated at any time. We may revoke benefits, codes, accounts, or both at our discretion if we detect or reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, or violation of these Terms.

6.2 Affiliate Disclosure (FTC)

AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE:

Pepty contains affiliate links to third-party peptide vendors. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, qlabs LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. In compliance with FTC guidance:

• qlabs LLC has a material financial connection with some or all of the third-party vendors featured in the Services.
• Affiliate commissions may be earned when you click on vendor links and complete a purchase.
• Affiliate relationships may influence which vendors are surfaced and how prominently they are displayed.

6.3 Creator / UGC Program

We may offer separate terms for creators who promote Pepty in exchange for free Premium access, custom codes, or revenue share. If you participate in the creator program, the separate creator terms govern that relationship and are incorporated by reference. If those terms conflict with these Terms, these Terms control unless the creator terms expressly state otherwise.

7. Third-Party Vendors and Price Comparison

7.1 Price Comparison Disclaimer

Pepty provides price comparison information from third-party vendors as a convenience. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Prices displayed may not reflect the most current pricing and may change at any time without notice.
• qlabs LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.
• We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the products, services, pricing, availability, quality, purity, potency, sterility, or safety of any third-party vendor or their products.
• Actual prices at the point of purchase may differ from those displayed in the Services.

7.2 Third-Party Vendors

When you click a link to a third-party vendor, you leave the Services and enter a website operated by a third party. Your interactions with third-party vendors are governed solely by that vendor's own terms of service and privacy policy. qlabs LLC is not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party vendor and is not liable for any disputes, refunds, chargebacks, damages, losses, customs seizures, contamination, mislabeling, counterfeit products, or claims arising from your transactions with third-party vendors.

8. User Responsibilities

As a User of Pepty, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding the importation, purchase, possession, and use of peptides and research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• Consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any health-related decisions.
• Not rely on the Services as your sole source of information for any health, medical, financial, or purchasing decision.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and the security of your device.
• Provide accurate information when using the Services.
• Not use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disable, overburden, or impair them.
• Comply with Section 4 when using AI features, including the representations and warranties about photos you submit.
• Promptly notify us at support@pepty.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any security incident involving the Services.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pepty to:

• Track, promote, advertise, or facilitate the use of any illegal substance or engage in any illegal activity.
• Distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or any content without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature, rate limit, or quota of the Services, or attempt to access any account, system, or data not intended for you.
• Scrape, harvest, mirror, index, or collect data from the Services for any purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use the Services to develop, train, test, evaluate, or improve any other AI or machine-learning system, model, dataset, or benchmark.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation, age, or identity.
• Use the Services to offer, advertise, or provide medical advice, prescriptions, pharmaceutical compounding, or healthcare services to others.
• Submit, transmit, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes any third party's rights.
• Submit a photo to the AI Visualization feature that does not depict you, that depicts an identifiable third party without consent, that depicts a minor, or that otherwise violates Section 4.
• Use any AI output to create deepfakes of any person other than yourself, to mislead viewers about the identity or conduct of a real person, or for biometric identification.
• Transmit any virus, worm, trojan, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code through the Services.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access the Services or extract data, except for search-engine indexing of pages we explicitly make public.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, illustrations, animations, logos, trademarks, names, software, and code (excluding your User Content), are the exclusive property of qlabs LLC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services.
• Use data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar gathering tools.
• Sublicense, lease, rent, sell, or transfer your rights to any third party.
• Use qlabs LLC's trademarks, logos, brand colors, or brand elements without our express prior written permission.
• Use the Services or any output to develop a competing product or service.

DMCA / Copyright complaints. If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@pepty.app with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat-infringer accounts.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that operating the Services, including the AI features, requires processing certain data as described in that policy.

12. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

12.1 Pepty Premium

The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, “Pepty Premium,” which unlocks additional features including a monthly allowance of AI Visualization scans, the full Learn catalog beyond the introductory lesson, and other Premium-only features. The free version of the App remains available with a more limited feature set, including a one-time AI Visualization preview during onboarding.

12.2 Pricing and Billing

Pricing is displayed on the subscription page within the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region, plan length, or promotional offer. The price shown at checkout is the price charged to your Apple ID account. All billing is processed by Apple — qlabs LLC does not store or process your payment information.

12.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal at the same price as the previous period, unless the price has changed and you have consented.

12.4 Free Trials

If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID.

12.5 Scan Quota and Other Usage Limits

Pepty Premium includes a monthly cap on AI Visualization scans, currently three (3) successful scans per calendar month per account, subject to change. Unused scans do not roll over. Bonus scans earned through the referral program are non-transferable and are applied on top of the monthly allowance. We may impose rate limits, daily caps, or other fair-use restrictions on AI Chat, AI Visualization, and any other feature to protect the Services and other Users from abuse.

12.6 Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple Account settings on iOS (open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions) or from the App Store app under your account profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to Premium continues until that date. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where required by applicable law, qlabs LLC does not issue refunds for partially used periods, unused AI Visualization scans, or features you elected not to use.

13. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and qlabs LLC, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App or your use of the App, including product-liability claims, consumer-protection claims, or claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
• In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights, qlabs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL AI FEATURES AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QLABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI OUTPUT; WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR EFFICACY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS REFERENCED IN THE SERVICES; AND WARRANTIES THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE FREE OF BIAS, HALLUCINATION, OR OFFENSIVE MATERIAL.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QLABS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: ANY HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, ADVERSE REACTIONS, INJURIES, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, OR DEATH; ANY EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PSYCHOLOGICAL HARM, BODY-IMAGE EFFECTS, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM ARISING FROM AI OUTPUT; ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM PURCHASING DECISIONS; ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD-PARTY VENDORS OR THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL QLABS LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, THESE TERMS, OR YOUR USE OF ANY AI FEATURE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QLABS LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so the limitations in Sections 14 and 15 may not apply to you in full. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless qlabs LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights).
• Any User Content you submit, including any photo you submit to the AI Visualization feature.
• Any AI output you save, share, distribute, or otherwise use after it is returned to your device.
• Any health decision or outcome resulting from your use of the Services.
• Any transaction or dispute between you and a third-party vendor or third-party AI provider accessed through the Services.

17. Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

17.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute-resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@pepty.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

17.3 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and qlabs LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Texas, or, at your election, by video conference or on the basis of written submissions only. The arbitrator will issue a written decision. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND QLABS LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

17.5 Opt-Out of Arbitration

You may opt out of Section 17.3 (Binding Arbitration) and Section 17.4 (Class Action Waiver) by emailing support@pepty.app with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. The email must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

17.6 Small-Claims and Injunctive Relief Carveouts

Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual-property rights.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Without limiting the foregoing, we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 4 (especially the AI Visualization warranties), Section 5, Section 9, or any other provision of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Services is immediately revoked.
• You must cease all use of the Services and delete the App from your device(s).
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 3 (Medical Disclaimer), 4.1 and 4.2 (AI representations and acceptable use), 5 (User Content and License), 7, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 19.

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your account from within the App (Profile → Delete Account), by emailing support@pepty.app, and by deleting the App from your device(s).

19. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and qlabs LLC concerning the Services.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent; any attempted assignment without consent is void. qlabs LLC may assign these Terms in whole or in part at any time without notice.
• Force Majeure: qlabs LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, public-health events, internet outages, third-party API outages, or governmental action.
• Notices: Notices to qlabs LLC should be sent to support@pepty.app. We may send notices to you via in-App messages, push notification, email, or by posting to the Website.
• No Agency: No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and qlabs LLC as a result of these Terms.
• Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• Export Controls: You will comply with all U.S. and other applicable export-control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, any country or region subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a state sponsor of terrorism, or if you are on any U.S.-government restricted-party list.

20. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and providing additional notice through the App or the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.
